Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to formulate effective care approaches.
Provide informative resources to patients and families to enhance therapeutic progress beyond clinical visits.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care coordination throughout each patient's journey.
Keep precise and up-to-date documentation that adheres to all regulatory requirements.
Enhance professional knowledge by participating in continuing education and collaborative peer discussions.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory within the first month of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all age groups, with an in-depth grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional communication abilities to connect with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Adept at tailoring therapy approaches to accommodate a variety of cultural and linguistic needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to diverse patient circumstances.
Comfortable navigating electronic health records and meeting documentation standards.
Competitive salary aligned with experience.
Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance and accommodate various patient needs.
Opportunities to specialize in diverse areas including pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
