Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a friendly and communicative individual for the front desk and host position at Dave & Buster’s in Des Moines, Iowa. You will ensure guests have a welcoming experience, manage wait times, and assist guests efficiently. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. The position requires candidates to be at least 16 years old, communicate effectively, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
