Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across finance, investment, and related disciplines. You’ll bring deep market insight, a proactive sourcing mindset, and a consultative approach to hiring. Whether it’s building pipelines for niche investment roles or advising on hiring strategy for finance transformation projects, you’ll be a trusted expert and ambassador for our employer brand. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles across finance, investment, and treasury. Build and maintain talent pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping. Manage candidate experience from application through to onboarding. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure inclusive and effective hiring practices. Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes. Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums. Qualifications Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in recruiting for finance and investment roles, ideally within an in-house or agency setting. Strong understanding of financial services, investment management, and related talent markets. Skilled in direct sourcing, headhunting, and using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Smart Recruiters) and recruitment analytics.
