What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email. Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up communication with professionalism and energy. Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to create seamless customer experiences. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed. Comfort with computers, phones, and CRM systems. Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
