Intake Coordinator

About the Role:

The Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the initial client engagement process, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake experience. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate intake appointments and follow-up communications with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with service providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Identify and address potential barriers to service access, escalating issues as necessary to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and submit intake documentation and reports to support program evaluation and funding requirements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear information regarding intake procedures and next steps.
