Legal Intake Specialist

Overview The Role: We are looking for a full-time (hybrid) Client Intake Specialist to own our intake process from first contact through signed engagement. This role is the firm\'s first impression and a key driver of new business — you will qualify leads, conduct intake interviews, and manage the pipeline in Clio Grow, working closely with the Managing Partner and our Director of Finance Operations. This is a fast-paced, front-of-house role — you\'re often the first voice a prospective client hears. Speed matters (we aim to respond to new leads within minutes, not hours), and so does empathy. If you like moving quickly, staying organized under volume, and turning conversations into results, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Own the intake process from first contact through signed engagement. Qualify leads and conduct intake interviews.
