By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliIdentify potential new customers and referral sources./liliCreate and maintain sales route records./liliPerform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects./liliGain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services./liliComplete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner./liliAttend weekly sales meetings./liliMaintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers./liliMaintain customer contact database./liliMake group presentations to prospective organizations./liliConsistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events./li/ulpQualifications include:/pullistrongEducation and Experience:/strong Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field with a bachelors degree preferred. Four (4) to six (6) years of experience with relationship selling to high-level executives./lilistrongSelling Skills:/strong Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services./lilistrongFinancial Reports and Documents:/strong Understands the concepts and content of financial reports: Profit Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow./liliMathematical Skills: Possesses strong math skills. Able to translate information regarding a prospects business into estimated revenue potential.
