Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while collaborating with our experienced legal team in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to balance focused independent work with meaningful in-person collaboration, client interactions, and courtroom advocacy.

Note

Candidates must have an active California Bar license, 4+ years of personal injury law experience, strong hands-on litigation experience, and experience taking expert depositions. The ability to independently draft motions, responses, and pleadings is essential. Prior trial attorney experience is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead complex personal injury cases through all phases of litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident legal advocate who enjoys taking ownership of cases, developing effective legal strategies, and achieving outstanding results for clients.

• Manage complex, high-value personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial when necessary.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to each client's case.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, responses, pleadings, and written discovery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions, including expert depositions, and represent clients at court appearances, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Lead settlement negotiations and pursue favorable outcomes through effective advocacy.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to develop compelling arguments and strengthen case strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, sound legal guidance, and compassionate representation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury law experience with substantial litigation experience.
• Proven experience taking expert depositions.
• Strong independent legal drafting skills, including motions, responses, pleadings, and discovery.
• Experience with court appearances, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and competing deadlines independently.
• Excellent legal research, courtroom advocacy, communication, and client service skills.
