Post jobs, screen candidates, and handle interviews. Manage job offers and onboard new hires. 2. Employee Relations Answer policy questions and resolve workplace issues. Guide managers on performance and conduct exit interviews. Run payroll and track PTO, hours, and bonuses. Fix pay errors and help with employee benefits. 4. Compliance Follow labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA). Keep personnel files and handbooks updated. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, or Paylocity). Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and office tools. Core Competencies: In-depth understanding of employment standards, wage-and-hour laws, and labor regulations. Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and active listening skills.
