Job Title: Home Care Coordinator Location: 1877 Webster Avenue, Bronx, NY Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $25–$27/hour We’re hiring a Home Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team in the Bronx. This role is all about making a difference — helping patients receive the care they need by staffing and coordinating home health aides across multiple cases.
