Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergetic Counseling, your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for patients entering the detox program, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure integrated care for our clients.

• Participating in regular case reviews and treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with individuals in the detox center setting, many of whom face complex mental health issues related to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
