Responsibilities Develop and lead multiple teams to achieve department objectives within the Loss Mitigation group. Assess monthly performance, quality of work, and process management. Provide feedback, set goals, and create daily strategies to maximize long‑term success. Monitor and review team processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with policy and procedure. Administer continuous training and coaching to maintain high‑quality customer service. Identify and recommend methods to improve processes and business operations. Provide proactive leadership to achieve maximum performance and support individual development and succession planning. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence, charisma, and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management. Strong listening skills focused on understanding rather than simply replying. Ability to collaborate effectively in a high‑functioning team environment. Self‑driven yet self‑less; capable of managing time and making decisions that benefit the organization. Outstanding problem‑solving ability, capable of identifying problems and finding solutions. Leadership potential to manage, mentor, and grow within the organization. Requirements High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3–5+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment. Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus. Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
