Field Outreach & Partnerships Specialist

Elite Home Health Care in New York is seeking a driven Community Outreach Representative to promote and expand our presence in NYC and surrounding areas. You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships that generate referrals for home care services. Applicants should have home care marketing or outreach experience, knowledge of MLTC/Medicaid, and strong referral relationships in Downstate New York.
