GoldenTrust Insurance – Killian is a growing franchise insurance office located in the Killian area of Miami-Dade County. We are committed to providing our community with quality insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated, bilingual insurance professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed 4-40 Insurance Agent with experience in auto insurance sales or a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, bilingual, and passionate about helping customers find the right coverage.

Responsibilities

Sell and service personal auto insurance policies and other lines of coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals
Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the purchase process
Meet monthly production goals
Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Financial Services regulations

Requirements

Active Florida 4-40 Insurance License (required)
Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
Experience in auto insurance sales (preferred)
OR demonstrated experience in sales (retail, dealership, financial services, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools
