Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description Job Summary The team is responsible for generating new business revenue on a monthly basis and consistently exceeding individual and team sales goals. This role is built for a true hunter mentality someone who shows up every day driven, competitive, and ready to win. This is a fully onsite, high-activity sales role where success is earned through relentless prospecting, relationship building, and consistent execution. This is not a passive or account management position this is a front-line revenue generating role focused on building a book of business from scratch. Account Executives receive structured onboarding, licensing support, and hands-on training but long-term success is driven by work ethic, discipline, and the ability to grind through rejection and build meaningful relationships. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to aggressively build and grow a book of business through:
- High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking
- Developing and maintaining referral partner (RP) relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners
- Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business
- Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.)
- Maintaining a daily activity cadence aligned with revenue targets and pipeline growth
- Operating with a "no excuses" mindset doing whatever it takes to bring in business and win deals
- Fully onsite role
- Ability to obtain insurance license upon hire (must have before you officially start)
- Background in high-energy, customer-facing environments (sales, retail, hospitality, real estate, travel/cruise sales, etc.)
- Prior insurance experience is a plus, but candidates must be coachable and adaptable to a new sales approach
- Strong tenure history required this role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term growth and career development
