Miratech is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training across multiple business units and locations. You will convert functional content with SMEs into structured training agendas and develop supporting materials, including SCORM‑based content and Articulate Storyline assets. In this role, you will facilitate live sessions, track progress, and support Train-the-Trainer programs while adapting pacing to audience needs and environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Miratech
