Tax Manager

We are a boutique public accounting firm that offers Tax, Accounting, Audit, and CFO Service. We are smaller in numbers but focus on larger complex clients. Most of our clients average $50-$100M in annual revenue. We see a large number of manufacturing clients as well as construction, real estate, professional services, and HNW/UHNWIs. We are about 20 people total now and growing. We can offer a hybrid in-office set up and even have employees from San Francisco who are mainly remote and just come to the office to meet with clients and major firm meetings. We also pay out overtime at TIME AND A HALF for anything over 2080 hours (40 hour per week avg). We would also love someone with partner aspirations as we have a partner looking to retire in the coming years.
