Financial Controller

Compensation: $135,000–$155,000 annually, plus bonuses Our client is currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee a sizable accounting team in Modesto, California. This position will lead the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of its financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting department Oversee month-end and year-end closing Prepare and review financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Coordinate audits and work with outside accounting partners Provide financial analysis and guidance to company leadership Qualifications Previous experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader Experience managing a sizable accounting team Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls QuickBooks experience is required Multi-entity experience is preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Zion Talent Partners
