Accountant

Prepare, examine, and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing variance analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with department heads to track expenses and optimize resource allocation. Support external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation. Responsible for reconciling certain general ledgers, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts. Analyze financial data and managing employee and business expenses. Assist in the preparation of financial statements for management and tax reporting.
