Staff Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this position, you will assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Job Responsibilities Processing accounts payable and receivable Preparing and maintaining financial records Assisting in the preparation of financial reports Reconciling bank statements Managing the general ledger Supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes Assisting with audits Providing support for budgeting and forecasting activities Performing data entry Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Basic knowledge of accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and software Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Compensation and Details Pay- $55-60k Annual Shift Time and Days- 8am-4:30pm, M-F Benefits include but not limited to: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401k Vacation, PTO, and Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
