As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Fleet & Commercial Business Development Manager to expand our commercial and fleet business.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new fleet and commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators.
• Partner with quick lube shops and tire centers that need a trusted repair facility.
• Develop referral relationships with dealerships, CarMax, and extended warranty providers.
• Build partnerships with collision centers and commercial fleets.
• Generate new business throughout the San Fernando Valley.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and grow existing accounts.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
• Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Communicates professionally and confidently.
• Can work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Has a valid California driver's license.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. We value relationship-building and business development skills above all else.
