Certified Swing Manager

Responsibilities The Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Manager works with their leader to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve those goals. To meet these goals, the Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant’s performance improves. The Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future. Competitive pay starting $16.00 per hour.
