Sales Development Representative

Naviron is pleased to partner with a fast-growing SaaS startup that's helping construction businesses streamline operations, improve safety compliance, and run more profitable businesses.
They're growing and looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative to hunt, generate, qualify, and set high-quality meetings for the AE team.
This is a hybrid role; must be based in Denver.
What you’ll do:
- Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting across multiple channels (high-volume cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, event follow-up, etc.)
- Book qualified meetings and demos for AEs
- Track and maintain accurate activity, notes, and lead data in HubSpot
- Work closely with leadership and operations on initiatives that support pipeline performance and team efficiency
- Influence company growth directly through lead qualification, opportunity development, and new customer acquisition
What you have:
- 1+ years in BDR/SDR role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and stay persistent
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to work in a quota-driven environment with a structured sales process.
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a solutions-first approach
- Team-oriented, high energy, and coachable
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment with strong ability to adapt to change
Compensation:
- $50-60K base salary (DOE) + commission
