Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Analyze and interpret product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize innovative solutions. Oversee product planning sessions, contribute expert insights, and ensure the timely and successful execution of product initiatives and launches. Partner with product managers to define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders. Support and execute change‑management activities, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Identify and raise blockers or dependencies, proactively managing resources and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning within the product team. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management. Demonstrated success in leading product management initiatives or relevant domain projects. Strong experience with operational management, change readiness, and product deployment processes. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and go‑to‑market execution. Proficiency in data analytics and data‑driven decision‑making. Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in credit card or financial services products. Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Employment Eligibility Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
