IT Business Systems Analyst

Let’s build together! Key Functions Owning the full lifecycle from discovery through go-live and stabilization. Lead small to mid‑sized enterprise system initiatives serving as the connector between business teams, functional SMEs, and technical resources. Facilitate discovery sessions, map current and future workflows, and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories. Prioritize backlogs, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with SOPs, compliance requirements, and operational standards. Build and execute adoption and change‑management plans including stakeholder mapping, communications, training, and readiness. Manage project timelines, scope, risks, RAID logs, vendor coordination, and cutover/go‑live activities. Oversee SIT/UAT planning, KPI definition, reporting readiness, and analytics validation. Produce and maintain SOPs, job aids, release notes, and change summaries. Handing off to functional SMEs/champions post‑launch. Measure post‑launch value, track adoption and operational outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Desired Qualifications 5+ years across business analysis, project delivery, and/or change management. Proven ability to run end‑to‑end projects with strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, finance, project management, timekeeping, document control, or BI/reporting tools. Strong communication skills with both leadership and field teams. Construction industry software (Procore, Miter, Sage Intacct, etc.) experience preferred. Why Haugland? Compensation range for this role is $140-185k.
