IT Systems Users Administrator & Analyst

Job Summary Team Leader – Technology Services. Reports to the Technology Services Manager and oversees the performance and workload of a team of 4-8 staff. Responsible for project management of special projects, maintaining and recommending improvements to assigned systems, and supervising complex departmental tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, analyze, and resolve complex problems related to departmental activities (30%). Assist business lines with user account administration for core applications, including service-pack installation, health checks, licensing, adds, moves, and deletes (25%). Make daily decisions regarding assignment of work and coordination of workflow (20%). Project‑manage special projects when assigned (10%). Update and manage department processes and procedures in the knowledge base (10%). Perform other duties as assigned (5%). Qualifications Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience. 5+ years of IT work experience, including at least 3 years in user account administration. Experience with business continuity planning, testing, auditing, and risk analysis. Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and other operating systems. Experience administrating application‑specific user accounts and permissions. Analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Additional Requirements May require nights and weekends. Valid driver’s license required. Physical requirements: communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers; stationary 75% of time; move objects up to 10 lbs.
