The Operations Manager is responsible for translating the company's vision into consistent execution. This is primarily an on-site position at our office in Roseville.

This role serves as the Integrator within our organization, ensuring every department operates efficiently, our Processes are followed, our Goals are completed, and our KPI's drive the right behaviors.

The Director of Operations does not perform brokerage activities that require a California real estate license. Those responsibilities remain with the Broker. Instead, this role owns the operational engine that allows the business to scale.

Your mission is simple:

Make the business run better every week than it did the week before.

This role is expected to evolve into the senior operational leader of the company as we continue to grow. We are looking for the Integrator to our Visionary

Compensation:

$52,500 - $72,500 per year

Responsibilities: Operational Excellence

• Facilitate Weekly Meetings.

• Ensure Goals are completed on time.

• Maintain company KPI's.

• Keep Processes documented and followed.

• Continuously improve company systems and workflows.

• Eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

• Standardize procedures across all departments.

• Drive adoption of technology and automation.

• Ensure operational consistency as the company grows.

Qualifications: Operations

• Experience improving business processes and documenting SOPs.

• Experience implementing KPIs and scorecards.

• Experience leading projects from start to finish.

• Experience creating accountability across multiple departments or teams.

Financial

• Comfortable reading financial statements.

• Experience managing budgets.

• Able to make operational decisions based on financial impact.

Strongly Preferred

• Service business experience.

• Property management experience.

• Process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, EOS, Scaling Up, etc.).
