Automotive Service Advisor

Drive Your Career Forward with AAA Club Alliance! We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to be the connection point between our customers and our skilled in‑shop technicians. You’ll guide customers through the repair process with confidence and care, ensuring they fully understand their service needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step. Location 7889 Tylersville Rd, West Chester, OH 45069 Remote work is also available for primary residents within the AAA Club Alliance footprint. The company operates in Washington DC and 13 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, and WestVirginia. What We Offer The starting base compensation for this position is $21.50/hr. Pay may vary based on experience, geographic location, and monthly performance bonuses, spiffs, and contests. Schedule Full‑time, 5 days per week. Saturdays are part of the regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off. Your Impact as an Automotive Service Advisor Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously. Review recommended repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding. Communicate updates if costs, timing, or scope of work change, documenting approvals accurately. Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress to ensure timely, high‑quality results. Coordinate warranty repairs, towing services, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed. Monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules, proactively notifying customers when service is due. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, or at least three years in a fast‑paced customer service/sales role with a strong record of success. Knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians. ASE Service Advisor Certification a plus, but not required. Valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team. Authorized to work in the USA.
