Experienced Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing office in Tampa, Florida. Duties Manage case files and develop litigation strategies. Conduct discovery, depositions, and hearings. Engage in motion practice and client communication. Collaborate with experienced litigators on case strategy and resolution. Requirements Experience in litigation and case management. Ability to handle a broad range of defense litigation matters. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
