Dispatch Assistant

Title: Dispatch Assistant Location: DMV Metro Area & Eastern Shore Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Position Summary Join Anchor Construction as a Dispatch Assistant! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Dispatch team by coordinating vehicles, equipment, and daily field operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with vehicle key distribution and tracking. Support driver dispatching and daily vehicle assignments. Maintain fleet, equipment and inventory records. Update telematics, GPS, and fleet management systems. Track equipment and shoring materials. Provide administrative and logistical support to field operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work overtime as needed.
