Lead HVAC Installer $25$45/hr. + Company Van

Holbrook Heating is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

We are looking for a skilled HVAC professional who can confidently lead residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. Requirements:

What You'll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will take ownership of assigned installation projects and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Holbrook Heating's quality standards.

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to completion
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment
Lead and provide direction to helpers on assigned jobs
Review job requirements and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available
Troubleshoot installation issues and determine appropriate solutions
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For

5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong residential HVAC installation experience
Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC installation procedures
Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and manufacturer installation instructions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to confidently lead a crew and keep installations moving efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
