HVAC InstallerJoin a growing, family-oriented HVAC team as an experienced HVAC Installer responsible for installing systems in residential new construction and commercial projects. This full-time role focuses on high-quality installation, safety, and professionalism while working on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment.ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems for residential new construction and commercial projects with a focus on quality workmanship and code compliance.Install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and related HVAC equipment according to project specifications.Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and industry best practices.Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and technical documents to plan and execute installations accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems efficiently to ensure system performance and reliability.Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, supervisors, and other trades on the job site.Work independently when required, managing tasks and time effectively, while also collaborating as part of a team.Demonstrate leadership on job sites by setting a positive example in safety, quality, and professionalism.Use company-supplied tools and equipment responsibly and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.Essential SkillsProven HVAC installation experience in residential new construction and commercial HVAC projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately.Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to HVAC installation and system performance.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Strong communication skills and professional demeanor on job sites.Dependability and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Demonstrated leadership qualities in a construction or HVAC setting.Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with new build construction projects and commercial HVAC installations.Comfort working with ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop units.Professionalism and strong customer service orientation when interacting with others on the job site.Ability to adapt to changing project needs and prioritize tasks effectively.Willingness to learn and grow with a family-owned, expanding HVAC company.Why Work Here?Employees enjoy full-time, year-round work with competitive, experience-based pay, company-supplied tools, and opportunities for advancement. You work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call requirements, allowing for predictable hours and work-life balance. The position involves field-based work on residential new construction and commercial job sites, using company-supplied tools and standard HVAC installation equipment. You report into a leadership role within the organization and operate in an environment that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jamesville, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
