Adobe Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Campaign and the Adobe Experience ecosystem. This role involves supporting enhancement initiatives, system upgrades, and data-driven implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with complex data requirements, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate complex data requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Support enhancement initiatives, implementation efforts, and operational needs. Lead and support migration activities from Adobe Campaign v7 to v8 within Adobe Experience Platform. Perform data mapping, validation, and integration support activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Create and execute test cases, including manual testing and UAT activities. Manage backlog items and support Agile delivery processes. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems. Required Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management. Experience writing detailed technical and functional specifications. Hands-on experience with manual testing and UAT processes. Deep experience with Adobe Campaign. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Federated Audience Composition.
