The largest business management firm in the U.S. is seeking Tax Managers to join its Westwood, Los Angeles office in a hybrid capacity. This leadership role is ideal for seasoned tax professionals ready to manage complex engagements, mentor a talented team, and deliver strategic tax solutions for a diverse client base. Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates Review complex tax returns and projections Lead and develop staff accountants and seniors Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service Qualifications 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services CPA required Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Schedule & Compensation Hybrid—Westwood office with occasional travel to Torrance for Orange County candidates Base salary $125,000–$160,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability Voluntary coverage options (Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident) Genetic screening and cancer support Pet Insurance PTO days annually dependent on level 401(k) with match and profit sharing 10 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday Busy season perks including meal credits and bonuses Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing (Industry: Accounting) #J-18808-Ljbffr
