Success in this role requires strong customer data fluency along with a deep understanding of the customer journey andeffectively analyzing andcommunicatingaudience-level performance across touchpoints. Key Responsibilities AudienceStrategy Lead audience strategy and targeting approach for their assigned brand across media, CRM, and site Drive audience insights and profile analysis to inform targetingstrategyand support personalization efforts Own new audience processes, documentation, and communication to shape audience builds, activation and measurement requirements Manage internal audience roadmap with goals, KPIs, and timing to scale best practices DataAnalysis Analyze customer and audience-level data toidentifybehavioral patterns, funnel progression trends, and conversion outcomes Evaluate segmentation logic and audience strategies,identifyingimprovement opportunities based on performance Conduct root-cause and cause-and-effect analysis to understand drivers of business and marketing performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely withinternaland externalstakeholderstoalign oncampaign needs, taxonomy, audience development timelines, and channel-specific delivery requirements Support stakeholders in understanding data logic, analytical outcomes, and audience-level implications Respond toad hocanalytical requests from leadership infast pacedenvironments Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5+years of experience in digital paid media, with exposure to audience strategy, data-driven planning, and activation Strongunderstanding of programmatic media, platform targeting capabilities, identity solutions, and audience management workflows Deepanalytical andproblem-solvingskills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation, or customer journey analytics Proven ability to collaborate withcross functionalteams, external partners, and stakeholders at multiple levels Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business relevant insights Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience modeling Familiarity with marketing measurement, CRM programs, ormulti‑tiermarketing environments Demonstrated experience leading audience-led testing, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting initiatives Automotive industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellantis Financial Services
