Human Resources Director

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify their next HR Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, developing HR teams, and driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this individual will lead a team of HR professionals while serving as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable influencing strategy, coaching leaders, navigating complex employee matters, and driving execution of key people initiatives. This role is 100% onsite in Portland, OR and offers a base salary of $145,000-$175,000 DOE plus bonus potential. Job Duties Lead and develop a team of Human Resources professionals. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development matters. Support organizational growth and change initiatives. Drive consistency in people practices, policies, and employee programs. Serve as a resource to leaders navigating complex employee situations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Monitor workforce trends and recommend solutions that support business objectives. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and programs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience managing HR professionals, HR Business Partners, or similar teams. Strong background in employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management. Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or operational teams preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build strong business partnerships. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
