We got there by moving incredibly fast and hiring an exceptionally sharp, hard‑working and deeply committed team from leading tech and accounting companies - Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero and Intuit. And some of us don't have a fancy logo on our resume and are here for a shot to prove ourselves. We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum – join early. As our Head of Partnerships , you'll build and scale our Partnerships function from the ground up. You'll define and lead DualEntry's partnership strategy and execution, identifying and building relationships across key categories including system integrators, accounting firms, consultants and SaaS providers. This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center Where you'll create impact Define and lead DualEntry’s partnerships strategy and execution, identifying and building relationships across key strategic categories such as system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, SaaS providers and more Build and lead the Partnerships function, combining hands‑on execution with strong team management Expand and activate our partner ecosystem by driving executive relationships, hosting industry events, hosting webinars and roundtables, and driving maximum in‑person engagement Build scalable, repeatable processes using automation and AI to source, qualify, onboard, and activate partners Drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives, including referral programs, co‑marketing campaigns, and co‑selling motions Own partnership performance metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, and optimize the partner funnel from sourced relationship to revenue What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 6+ years of experience in B2B partnerships or GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, with at least 2+ years operating at a senior or leadership level Proven track record of building partnership programs from 0 → 1 and consistently generating qualified pipeline and SQLs Hands‑on experience with modern partnership and GTM tools such as Partner.io , Unify, Clay, Crossbeam, Outreach, Apollo, and CRM platforms Strong experience executing co‑marketing initiatives, partner enablement programs, and incentive structures Background in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing is a strong plus Ability to travel within the US to partners & events 1-2 times per month Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High‑speed culture High‑trust environment with high expectations Ambitious mission – ERP is one of the largest B2B software markets in the world ($220bn per year), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build the next generation ERP in an industry that has not seen new entrants in 30+ years Compensation & Benefits Equity: $60,000 - $100,000 Base Salary: $175,000 - $300,000 Commission: $50,000 - $100,000 (uncapped) On‑site team culture: high collaboration, no bureaucracy Full medical, dental & vision insurance Commuter benefits 401k benefits We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career – an archaic and huge industry like ERP only goes through a seismic shift like this once in a lifetime.
