Who You Are If you don’t have all of the below, you can still apply and learn them with us! You held a customer-facing role for at least 1 year. You are detail-oriented and well-organized. You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships. You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ideally, you have experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry and have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
