Intake Coordinator

We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients entering our care. In this role, you’ll guide patients and families through the admissions process by verifying insurance, completing intake documentation, and coordinating next steps with care teams. This is a people-focused role for someone who is empathetic, organized, and confident communicating with patients during important moments in their care journey.
