Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist with clerical and filing experience to support daily office operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and requires a professional phone voice, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer incoming calls using a professional, courteous phone voice.Transfer calls, take accurate messages, and relay information promptly.Organize, file, and retrieve paper and electronic documents.Maintain accurate records and keep filing systems organized and current.Perform clerical duties, including data entry, copying, scanning, and preparing documents.Receive and distribute incoming mail and assist with outgoing correspondence.Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.Handle confidential information with discretion.Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.Required Qualifications:Previous clerical or office support experience.Experience filing and maintaining organized records.Professional phone voice and experience handling business calls.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and data entry.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.Professional appearance and courteous customer service.Dependable attendance and availability to work the required schedule.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.Experience operating a multiline phone system.Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.Core Competencies Customer service, professional phone etiquette, organization, filing accuracy, attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and time management.
