District Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales WEST Lead, Coach, and Build the Next Generation of Pharmaceutical Sales Talent Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Denmark, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch. As a District Manager, you will lead a team of early-career Territory Sales Representatives , many of whom are breaking into pharmaceutical sales for the first time. Your role is to coach, develop, and drive execution —turning motivated, coachable individuals into high-performing sales professionals. This is a hands‑on, in‑the‑field leadership role for someone who enjoys developing talent, reinforcing structure, and leading from the front. Why This Role Matters This team is built differently. Remains compliant with all regulations in the course of carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Leadership / District Manager experience required Proven track record of sales success in pharma Strong coaching and development skills Ability to work effectively with early‑career or entry‑level talent Comfortable providing direct feedback and holding team members accountable High energy, strong presence, and a hands‑on leadership style Willingness to travel extensively within region Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
