Job Title: Area Business Manager - Allergy/ENT – Los Angeles N, Ca Location: Los Angeles, NorCal, CA (Los Angeles North, Santa Clarita, Lancaster, Northridge, Santa Barbara) Overview The Area Business Manager (ABM) is responsible for engaging Allergists and ENTs within the assigned geographic territory, delivering clinically focused selling messages, and achieving product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, CSU and EOE indications. The ABM demonstrates initiative, independence, and drives performance to exceed individual and corporate business goals in compliance with Sanofi US policies. Main Responsibilities Engage Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers within the assigned geographic territory and deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand share, and generate revenue while consistently meeting product goals for key indications. Collaborate and coordinate with key field-based stakeholders (sales counterpart, Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teammates, Thought Leader Liaisons, etc.) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Develop strong working relationships with immunology experts and Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, and key healthcare personnel and patient advocacy groups. Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business. Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities, maximizing allocated budget to support strategy execution. Participate in industry conferences, regional meetings, and medical conferences, and lead initiatives to support sales success. Own business opportunities within the geographic area, including coordination of large group practices and key target groups to drive product results. Establish relationships with thought leaders in the territory to drive industry-leading customer value. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech sales experience. Ability to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary; additional travel within the territory may be required. Valid driver’s license. Team player mindset, collaborating with partners and colleagues to reach common goals. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling subcutaneous self‑injectable or office‑administered IV biologics. Experience in asthma or other immunology disorders such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, or ulcerative colitis. Experience calling on Allergists and/or ENTs. Advanced clinically based selling skills and ability to learn technical and scientific product information. Results oriented with a proven track record of product launches and consistent sales performance in complex markets. Experience with in‑servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers. Strong organization and account management skills. Compensation Salary range: $125,250.00 – $180,916.66, commensurate with experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in company benefit programs.
