Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048

Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Mid-shift with varying start times as needed (2-3:30pm). Weekend coverage may be needed, but primarily M-F.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Access Representatives are responsible for providing patients with a welcoming experience, while facilitating patient's access to care.
• The Patient Access Representative I (PAR I) performs a variety of Patient Access activities for patients throughout the Medical Center for Inpatient, Outpatient and/or Emergency Services.
• The Patient Access Representatives are cross trained to support roles and responsibilities throughout Patient Access, Scheduling, Pre-Registration, Financial Clearance, Referrals, Authorizations, Financial Counseling, Physician Billing and Patient Arrival & Registration.

Years of Experience (Minimum):

• 1 2 years registration

Skills Required:

• PC Knowledge, Health insurance knowledge

Skills Preferred:

• EPIC HER

Department Details:

• Data-entry focused area. Registration work area is within the lab.

Daily Case Load:

• Register approximately 125-150 patients daily in a fast-paced environment.
