```Duties:```
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to fabricate and repair molds
- Operate stamping press to shape and form metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or CAD files to determine mold specifications
- Cut, shape, and assemble mold components using various materials such as steel or aluminum
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing molds to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues

- Proficient in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of mold fabrication techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or CAD files
- Experience operating stamping press is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
This position requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. The Moldmaker will play a crucial role in the fabrication and maintenance of molds used in the manufacturing process. Summary
As a Mold Maker, you will play a key role in producing high-precision tooling and molds for manufacturing processes. Reporting to the shop supervisor, you will apply core skills in mechanical knowledge, blueprint interpretation, shop math, and CNC machining to fabricate, inspect, and assemble mold components. Your responsibilities include reading CAD/CAM drawings, using precision measuring tools, and ensuring dimensional accuracy. With premium skills in CAD/CAM programming, GD&T, and plastics injection molding, you will contribute to efficient tooling and sustained product quality in a fast-paced, metal- and plastics-based environment.
