Molding Operator
Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm | $25/hr
The Molding Operator operates insert molding processes to meet production, quality, and defect targets. The technician works closely with molding process engineering and quality tream, providing hands-n technical knowledge and process feed back to support continuous improvemwent and duccessfule production execution.
Molding Operator Duties:
-Mold parts using plastic injection processes and take direct responsibility for handling tooling and injection molds through to placement of finished parts for the customer
-Run molds while monitoring cycle times, quality standards, and process consistency
-Inspect parts off the mold to verify dimensional accuracy, cosmetic quality, and functional requirements.
Molding Operator Requirements:
-Experience in Machine Setup and process troubleshooting
-Experience in overmolding electronic components
-Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
-Technical Diploms or related Engineering degree
