About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its dynamic tax team. The successful candidate will have a key role in leading the tax provision and financial reporting processes, including the management of quarterly and annual tax provisions, and ensuring compliance with SEC filing requirements. This position also involves overseeing tax compliance for federal and state income, as well as international tax matters, and supporting the formation and dissolution of legal entities. The ideal candidate will have a background in international tax, transfer pricing, and experience with complex areas such as Up-C structures and Pillar Two compliance. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive tax accounting experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in Big 4 firms. A CPA is also preferred. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of tax provision processes, financial reporting, and a proven track record in managing tax compliance and international tax issues. The candidate should be adept at working with senior leadership, external advisors, and cross-functional teams, and be capable of driving process improvements to enhance the scalability and efficiency of the tax function.
