Enhance career growth with leadership opportunities and technical challenges.Job DescriptionOverviewLead corporate accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards while driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering professional development and collaboration across global locations.Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting to ensure accuracy and transparency.Implement and optimize ERP systems, enhancing automation and efficiency in accounting processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax planning and capital market transactions.Develop and enforce robust SOX compliance frameworks and scalable control environments.Act as a liaison with external auditors and internal audit teams, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.Stay updated on new FASB and SEC standards, implementing changes and drafting relevant accounting policies.Key Responsibilities & DutiesPrepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.Lead technical accounting initiatives, including M&A activities and fund consolidations.Optimize ERP systems, focusing on automation and process efficiency improvements.Develop and manage corporate accounting teams, promoting professional growth and operational excellence.Ensure compliance with SOX regulations, implementing scalable control frameworks.Collaborate with international teams on financial planning and earnings releases.Present financial results and control frameworks to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, ensuring compliance and effective communication.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate accounting or related roles.Preferred 12 years of experience with leadership and technical accounting expertise.Proficiency in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and global accounting standards.Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday, for process optimization.Strong skills in financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams across global locations.Expertise in SOX compliance and control framework implementation.
