About the Role

The VP of Finance will be expected to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, and to drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools for enhanced scalability and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree as a foundation. A minimum of 8 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting guidance, particularly in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting, and possess advanced credentials such as a CPA.
