Product Specialist, Neuro

Position Summary The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast, preferably near a major airport to support travel requirements. Responsibilities Coordinates and conducts in‑services for clinical staff prior to evaluation. Provides on‑site clinical support to accounts during the product evaluation process. Supports sales representatives with evaluations. Maintains an accurate record of case coverage and survey reports. Communicates with Traffic/Distribution team on deliveries and pick‑ups. Works with Product Management to develop quality education/in‑service materials. Provides ongoing clinical support to sales force. Participates in trade shows and convention activities as required. Ensures vendor credentials are kept up to date. Knowledge & Skills Advanced knowledge of professional field and industry; influences development and application of principles and theories. Works with minimal supervision; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals. Judgement required to resolve complex problems based on experience. Interacts with internal and external clients to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations; may consult with senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. 02–04 years of related experience required. Regular and predictable attendance. Applicable industry/professional certification preferred. Full compliance with vendor credentialing requirements, including background check, drug screening, and required immunizations (COVID‑19, influenza, hepatitis B). Physical Demands Light work: up to 20 lbs of force occasionally. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching – occasionally standing, frequently reaching upward and downward, usually seated. Activities: occasionally standing and walking; frequently finger feeling, handling, hearing (ordinary and loud – hearing protection required), pushing/pulling, reaching, seeing (depth perception, color vision, field of vision/peripheral), sitting, talking (ordinary and loud/quick).
