Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist within a school-based setting.
• Implement individualized education plan (IEP) objectives and track student progress.
• Deliver group and individual support, adapting activities to varying needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, interventions, and student responses.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support generalization of skills.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in preparing therapeutic materials.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA licensure for the state or eligibility for licensure by the role’s start date.
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations, preferably in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with speech/language developmental milestones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow clinician guidance and adapt to changing student needs.
• Professionalism and organizational ability for timely documentation.

Position Details:

• Contract role beginning August 3, 2026 and concluding May 28, 2027.
